Prompt Response: Food helps people understand who they are by acting as an anchor for their cultures. They are able to stay true to their roots and incorporate new aspects of their cultures. Just like the bacon fried rice.

Summary: We learned about the Mississippi Delta Chinese.

Reflection: I realized that there are all kinds of people everywhere. I will use this to consider different cultures.

Think about the most stereotypical film you have ever seen. This could be a movie that represents a specific culture, race, gender, or group in an oversimplified or unrealistic way.
